Ms. Dudley will discuss the proposed BETTER NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN for the A-2 area, which includes Japantown and Cathedral Hill. Both the new Japantown Mall and the proposed 38 story glass tower at 1481 Post are included in this Plan.
